Dragonfly Transformational Therapy
SheRises From Within
Attachment-Focused EMDR Intensives & Trauma-Focused Therapy
Maybe healing was never supposed to happen in fragments.
Maybe some stories require space. Time. Safety. Presence.
This work is designed for women who have learned how to keep going — often while carrying overwhelming internal stress, trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, emotional exhaustion, or nervous system survival patterns beneath the surface.
Women who are highly capable. Highly responsible. Highly functional.
And still quietly carrying far too much alone.
EMDR intensives create uninterrupted space for deeper processing — grounded in nervous system safety, moving at your pace, and focused on healing at the root rather than managing symptoms.
For women seeking a more comprehensive approach, I also offer The Signature Intensive — an optional enhanced intensive that combines EMDR with collaborative wellness and hormonal health support.

Lisa Whiting, CMHC
With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, Lisa's clinical focus and specialization includes Attachment-Focused EMDR, depression, anxiety, and chronic and developmental trauma. She brings depth, warmth, attunement, and a whole-person perspective to every intensive.
Dragonfly Transformational Therapy was created out of a deep belief that healing is possible — and that some women simply need more than the system has traditionally offered.
This is not about fixing you. It is about creating the space, safety, and support necessary for healing and transformation to emerge from within.

What Sets This Work Apart
Medical & Nervous System Support
Not every woman will need this — but for those who do, it can make a meaningful difference. The Signature Intensive includes an optional layer of medical and wellness support with Jennifer Krebs, APRN, designed to help prepare the body and nervous system for deeper healing work. This is one of the things that sets Dragonfly Transformational Therapy apart.
